Q: Can more than one person per household become iWon members, even if they all share the same computer?
A: Absolutely! Anyone 13 years of age or older may become an iWon member, even if more than one shares the same household and the same computer. When one household member reaches their daily limit of 100 entries or is done using iWon, just sign out (click the "Sign out" link at the bottom of any iWon page) and let another person sign in.

Q: Why do you need my address to register?
A: Simple - we need to know where to send the winning check if you're a winner! Your address not only confirms your place of residence, it's a way for us to contact you if you win. Providing your address during registration also enhances your iWon experience - your address allows us to automatically provide you with your local weather, movie listings and more personalized features within the iWon site.

    Q: What are cookies?
A: Cookies are files on your computer that can be used to store information, so that you don't have to sign in each time you visit the site. Cookies do not provide us with any information beyond what you provided when you registered with iWon. For detailed information, please see our

Q: Why do I have to accept cookies to register?
A: We need to set the Web browser "cookie" to know who is getting Sweepstakes entries and attribute them to the right member. Otherwise, we couldn't give you entries! Cookies are also used to store information to allow us to provide you with a personalized iWon home page.

If you are not sure what browser you have, try looking in the "Help" menu of your browser. Most browsers contain information about the browser version number. If you need to update your browser to use iWon, we've made it easy. Just click on the appropriate link above to visit the Web site where you can upgrade your existing Web browser or download a new one (it's free).

Q: How do I know how many entries I have?
A: Once you have registered, the entries you collect from clicking on links on iWon will automatically be displayed on the real-time entry counter at the top of your screen. You can also get information at any time by clicking on

    My entries.

Q: Why does my entry counter go away as I click deeper into the site?
A: On a limited number of pages where iWon has co-branded content with another partner, your entry counter may shrink and not display your current entry totals. On any of these pages, a link back to the iWon home page will be provided, or click your browser's "Back" button to return to a page that displays your full entry counter, including your entry totals.

As you click deeper into the site, you may actually leave the iWon site and iWon co-branded services altogether. If you have made iWon your home page, simply click "home" on your browser and you will return to iWon (and automatically receive 5 entries). If you have not made iWon your home page, you must re-access the iWon site by entering the address www.iwon.com into your browser, like you would for any other site.

Q: May I continue to use iWon after I reach the daily entry limit?
A: Absolutely! In fact you can spend all day on iWon. Email your family...keep up with the stock market... get sports score updates... or read every little bit of iWon Today's daily tips, jokes, recipes and more. There's no limit to how much fun -- and how much information -- you can find on iWon.

Q: Where can I find more information about the Sweepstakes?
    A: Check out our

Sweepstakes Frequently Asked Questions page or our How it works section.

Q: I forgot my member ID and password. Should I register again?
A: We don't recommend that you have more than one iWon membership. Having more than one account will make keeping an accurate count of your cumulative entries difficult. Also, if you accumulate more than 100 entries in a single day as a result of having multiple accounts, you will not be eligible to win. If you can't remember your ID or Password,

please click here for more information.

Q: How do I update my member information?
A: You can update your registration information online by selecting
My Profile from the bottom of any iWon page. We recommend that you keep your information current so we can contact you if you win.

Q: Someone else's name is on the top left of my iWon page. What should I do?
A: If someone else used iWon on your computer and did not sign out, you will see their Member Name in the upper left corner of the screen.

To sign in with your own account (you want to be the one who wins, don't you?), simply click on "I'm not <name>" and you will see a page for you to sign in with your own Member Name and Password.

If you share your computer, you can click on "sign out" on your iWon home page when you are finished using iWon. Then, when you come back, just sign in and we will know it's you!
