Email Folders
Personal Folders are folders that reside in your personal account. No other user has access to these folders.

You can choose to display or hide your folders (left-column navigation) by clicking the Show Folders or Hide Folders buttons, respectively.
To hide your folders: Click the "Hide Folders" button in the upper-left corner of most email pages directly under the Mail tab.
To see your folders displayed again: Click the "Show Folders" button in the upper-left corner of most email pages directly under the Mail tab.
You can create multiple Personal folders on your mail account in order to organize and store your messages. To create a new folder:
- Click the "Add" link next to the All Folders header in the left column.
- Enter the name of the new folder in the empty text field provided. Folder names may contain letters, digits and spaces.
- Click the "Add New Folder" button. Your new folder will appear under the My Folders header in the left column.
To rename a folder:
- Click the "Edit" link next to the My Folders header in the left column.
- Highlight the name of the folder you would like to rename in the field containing the list of your personal folder names.
- Enter the name of the new folder in the Update Folder Name text field. Folder names may contain letters, digits and spaces.
- Click the "Rename Folder" button. The revised folder name will appear under the My Folders header in the left column.
To delete your folders, simply:
- Click the "Edit" link next to the My Folders header in the left column.
- Highlight the name of the folder you would like to delete in the field containing the list of your personal folder names. (IMPORTANT: Deleting the folder will delete all of its contents.)
- Click the "Delete Folder and Contents" button.
Note: After you click "Delete Folder and Contents", there will be no way to retrieve your deleted folder or its contents!
Activating your POP Account allows you to import messages from another email account.
To Add a Pop Account click on the POP Accounts link in the upper-right corner of your email account (directly below your email address) and click the "Add Account" button. Fill in the fields as follows:
- Account Name: Create a title for this account. For example: My Yahoo Account
- Folder: Choose the folder you'd like to import from the dropdown list
- Hostname: Check with your ISP for their hostname. An example is pop.isp.com or pop.mail.isp.com
- Username: Use the email address of the account that you are POPing. For example: user@isp.com
- Password: Use the password for the account that you are POPing.
- Port Number: The standard port number is 110. If this number does not work, please check with your ISP
- Delete: After importing messages from your alternate account, would you like them deleted from that account?
- Download new messages only: Click Yes to download only new messages since your last POP.
