Answers to some commonly asked questions about signing in to iWon.

Q: My entries are gone. Where did they go?
A: If you are not seeing entries in your iWon entry counter, it is likely because you are not signed in to your iWon account. If this is the case, the Weekday/Weekend, Monthly and Annual Sweepstakes Entries boxes found at the top of the page will read "Click Here!" instead of displaying entry totals.

If you are seeing entries, but they do not appear accurate, it it likely that you have registered for more than one iWon account and are not signed in to the account you use most often. If this is the case, sign out using the "Sign Out" link at the bottom of most iWon pages, the sign in to the iWon account you use most often (and therefore, have used to collect the most entries).

Q: How do I sign in to my iWon account?
A: You can sign in to iWon by either clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top left of the page, or by visiting: http://www.iwon.com/home/login/

Q: Why do I need to sign in to the iWon site?
A: In order to receive entries into the iWon Sweepstakes, you must be signed into your iWon account. This also allows you to personalize any of our features such as personalized weather, movies, TV listings and others. When you are signed in to iWon you will see your entry count at the top of the iWon page along with a message saying "Hi," with your name.

Q: I am having problems retrieving my Password through the online form.
A: The most likely reason that you encountered problems retrieving your Password is that you might have input the wrong email address on the Password retrieval form. In order for us to locate your Password, you must input the same email address that you provided when registering for the iWon site.

Q: I can't sign in because I don't remember my Member Name. How do I find it?
A: You can retrieve your iWon Member Name by completing the Member Name/Password lookup form. Just enter the email address and birthdate that you used when registering for your iWon account, then choose whether you would like your password sent to you via email or displayed immediately on your screen.
