The item I purchased online was damaged/did not arrive/not what I ordered/not what I expected/billed incorrectly. What do I do?

on the banner advertisements on our Web site, we do not have control over their business policies and practices.
We recommend that you contact the shopping merchant from whom you purchased the goods or services directly. If necessary, you may also wish to
contact your credit card company to dispute the charges if you are unable to get satisfaction from the particular merchant in question.
