    Q: I don't see the entries that I earned in the iWon Sweepstakes. Where are they?
    A: You need to be signed in to your iWon account in order to see your entries in the entry counter bar across the top of your screen. If you do not see your entries, sign in to your account by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the bottom of any iWon page and enter your member name and password.

    If you don't know your iWon member name or password, please
    click here to retrieve them.

    It is also important to note that you will need to have both Javascript and Cookies enabled on your Internet browser in order to sign in and view your entries.

    Q: I forgot my member ID and password. Should I register again?
    A: If you have forgotten your iWon Member Name and Password – information required to sign in to your iWon account - it is not necessary for you to re-register. We have an easy process in place to retrieve your registration information. Just select the "Lost Password" link located at the bottom of almost any iWon page and follow the prompts to retrieve your Password and Member Name.

    You may retrieve your Member Name and Password by either 1) having them sent to the email address you provided during your iWon Registration, or 2) having them displayed immediately on your screen – this will require that you answer the secret question you chose when you registered.

    If you choose to have your Member Name and Password emailed to you, expect them to arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive it promptly, please let us know. The email in your member file may be out of date or otherwise incorrect.

    Q: Can I have more than one iWon membership and earn more than 100 entries a day that way?
    A: The iWon
    Sweepstakes Rules limit members to 100 entries per day. Therefore, if you have already registered with us - at home, at work, or anywhere else - we advise that you do not register again. Instead, please  Sign in here. You will then be asked for your Member Name and Password. If you wish to register a second time, you should be advised that you will be ineligible to win if the combined number of entries from your multiple member accounts exceeds 100 during any day.

    Q: Can more than one person per household become iWon members, even if they all share the same computer?
    A: Absolutely! Anyone 13 years of age or older, and who otherwise meets the eligibility requirements, may become an iWon member, even if more than one shares the same household and the same computer. When one household member reaches their daily limit of 100 entries or is done using iWon, just sign out (click the "Sign out" link at the bottom of any iWon page) and let another person sign in.

    Q: May I continue using iWon after I've reached my 100 daily entries?
    A: You can spend all day on iWon if you want. Reaching 100 entries is just the start of the day for many users.

    Q: How do I update my address and contact information with iWon so that you can notify me if I win?
    A: You can update your registration and contact information online by clicking on the "My Profile" link at the bottom of nearly any iWon page. We recommend that you keep your information current so we can contact you immediately if you win. You will need your password for your account in order to view or make any changes to your member profile.

    Q: How do I know if I am a winner?
    A: Winners will be notified via U.S. Mail, telephone, as well as a variety of other means. You will also receive a package containing an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release. Please see the
    Sweepstakes Rules for details about eligibility and other conditions.
