During his tenure at EarthWeb, Kleine was responsible for the company's systems, networking, software development, quality control, database, telecommunications, Web traffic analysis, planning and overall technology strategy. Prior to joining EarthWeb, Kleine was a Vice President at True North Communications, overseeing the company's extensive voice and data communications and networking systems. True North is distinguished as a model site of technology in the advertising industry.
Kleine earned a BA with a dual major in Accounting and Mathematics from Queens College of City University of New York and resides with his wife and two children in Brewster, NY.
