| | | Symptoms | | | | | Blood in the urine is the most common symptom of bladder cancer. A definitive diagnosis is sometimes delayed because bleeding can be periodic or attributed to other causes, such as urinary tract infections. Other symptoms include pain during urination, frequent urination or feeling the need to urinate but not being able to do so.
