| | | Symptoms | | | | | Some patients with nasopharyngeal cancer may have no symptoms, but about 75 percent have a lump or mass in the neck at the time of diagnosis. In about one-third of NPC patients, this may be the only sign of cancer. Other possible symptoms are loss of hearing, particularly on one side; nasal blockage or stuffiness; headaches; nosebleeds; difficulty opening the mouth; difficulty breathing and blurred or double vision.
