What are some pizza making tips?
1. Modern granulated yeast does not need to be proofed. Just mix it in with the flour.

2. The missing key to great pizza is the oven. The hot, evenly heated ovens of a pizza pro is what gives that great crisp crust (in addition to the right dough, of course). There are pizza stones you can buy to simulate this at home, but you can also put a bunch of (clean!) bricks and ceramic tiles in to achieve the same effect. Pizza should be baked at about 400-425 F (184-197 C).
