How do I make a good egg salad sandwich? |

1. Boil two or three eggs.
2. After the eggs are done and have cooled (put them under cold water to speed the cooling process), remove the shells.
3. Cut each egg in half, and place the sections in a bowl.
4. Chop the eggs into tiny pieces.

7. Put the egg-salad between two slices of bread or toast, and you're ready for lunch.
