LEARNLETS
How long can I refrigerate leftover food?
Generally, hot foods should be refrigerated within two hours of when they were cooked. Leftovers can usually be kept safely in the refrigerator for three to five days.

If you don't know how long food has been in the refrigerator, throw it out. Likewise, if it's moldy, smelly, or has an unusual appearance, get rid of it.
