How do I remove the pits from cherries? |
|
 |
If you don't have a specially designed cherry pitter, you can use a small paring knife. The loop of a partially straightened paper clip or a hairpin works well, too: Just make sure it's clean, then insert the loop into the top of the cherry, hook it under the pit, and pull straight up.
