How can I dry my wineglasses without breaking them? |

If you've ever jostled a full rack of drying dishes, you may know how easy it is to break a wineglass. To keep them safe, lay a dry dishtowel on the counter. Place square (not round) chopsticks parallel to each other an inch (2.5 centimeters) or so apart. Set the wineglasses on top of the chopsticks, taking care not to touch the glasses to each other.
Remember that if you have fine crystal glasses with very thin rims, they should always rest on their stronger bases, never inverted.
