How can I mail cookies so they'll arrive intact? |

Wrap them individually in waxed paper and pack them for mailing in a large coffee can.

Store-made butter-tarts usually come packaged in molded plastic trays. Save those trays, and use them to ship your cookies.

Add plain popped popcorn to the bottom of the box and surround the cookies with popcorn. That way they get popcorn too!
