What's the best way to cut good cheese? |
Cheeses come in all different shapes and textures, but the best way to cut them all is to make sure that each slice has part of each area of the cheese. If it's veined, make sure each piece has veins and white. If your cheese has a rind, each piece should have both rind and body.
Note: Wetting the knife blade before cutting soft cheese helps keep it from falling apart.
