How can I clean my pastry cloth? |

Wash the pastry cloth on the most delicate cycle in the washing machine, using a delicate fabric-type detergent. Then let the cleaned cloth air-dry. Before the cloth dries completely, rub it back and forth several times over a cabinet edge to keep the material pliable. Immediately after that--still before the cloth dries--set up the pastry cloth as if using it for its intended purpose. This restores its original shape and size. Once the cloth is dry, store as usual.
