How do I make an egg cream? |

Despite its name, there's no egg and there's no cream in an egg cream. All you need is milk, either vanilla or chocolate syrup and seltzer water.
1. Fill a tall, pint glass with two-thirds milk.
2. Add two squirts of either chocolate or vanilla syrup, whatever your preference.
3. Fill the rest of the glass with seltzer water. You can add extra seltzer if you want more carbonation.
4. Stir it with a spoon, and enjoy.
