How do I make cookie crumbs or crush graham crackers for a crust? |

It's easy to make cookie crumbs in a blender or food processor, but if you don't have one of those, you can use a rolling pin to crush them neatly.
1. If you're crushing graham crackers, first break them up into smaller pieces by hand.
2. Place the cookies into a large plastic zip-top bag and seal. Be sure to press out as much air as possible before closing.
3. Use the rolling pin to roll over the cookies until they're crushed.
