LEARNLETS
Am I allowed to bring fruits and vegetables into the U.S. from another country?
Many fruits and vegetables can be brought into the United States if you declare them in writing on a customs form and verbally to a customs officer. Customs will inspect your produce and allow you to bring it into the country if the fruit is pest-free. Trying to bring food into the country without notifying Customs is a crime.
