Plan a Family Reunion

Step 1:
Gauge interest
Send out a flier to measure the level of interest in a possible reunion. Mention your ideas about when and where the reunion might happen, and ask for input. This is also a good way to ask the relatives you do know for the addresses of relatives you don't know.
Involving others early not only puts the reunion on people's radar, it also increases your fund of both ideas and helpers, and may even reduce the grousing level. Be aware though: Someone's still likely to pick on something--that's the joy of family.
