"My girlfriend Ellen and her daughter were at my house so our children could have a 'play date'. It's funny, because we were right in the middle of talking about how hard it is to save money to buy a house. And then the doorbell rang... it was like God heard us! I walked over to the door and opened it up. When I saw iWon and the Inside Edition crew outside, I thought it was some kind of joke until they kept repeating the same thing over and over again, 'You've won $1 Million. You've won $1 Million!' So I started to believe them. And that's when my seven-year-old son Alexander began jumping off the walls! Even after all the excitement, I still kept thinking, 'No way. This is something that everyone else wins and I don't. It doesn't happen to me.' Then I laughed and thought, 'Oh my God, I'm going to have a whole lot of friends in my life now!' The whole experience has been wild. My husband James, and my children Alexander and Nicollette, have been totally knocked out by this wonderful surprise. We are truly blessed. We haven't thought a lot about what we're going to do with the money, but we're definitely going to take our time looking for a house and wait for one we really like. And we can certainly afford a much nicer one now! I know I also want to give some money to the Church. I'm very involved with my Church and I've been singing in the choir pretty much my entire life. In fact, I have choir practice tonight! Oh yes, there's one other thing I have in mind for the money. I have a part-time job selling jewelry - and now I can afford to buy some for myself! Even as it starts to sink in, I still can't believe it really happened. I would log on to iWon, read the day's news and check out all the fun stuff I never thought I'd actually win - and now I'm a $1 Million winner! God bless our family and God bless iWon!"
